DESCRIPTION:Executive Committee Board Meeting CANCELED \nDear Executive Committee Members\, \nAfter discussion\, the ECC President and the Officers have agreed that the scheduled Executive Committee meeting on July 9\, 2026\, will be canceled. \nThe business that would have been conducted at the July meeting can appropriately wait until the next scheduled Executive Committee meeting on September 10\, 2026. \nBy that time\, we anticipate having several important items ready for your review and consideration\, including: \n\nCompletion of the FY 2024–2025 audit and presentation by Thompson\, Price\, Scott\, Adams and Co.\,\nDigital Inclusion Plans Implementation Presentation\,\nAn audit services contract for review and approval to begin the next annual audit (FY 2025-2026); and\nA clearer understanding of ECC membership status\, as membership dues received by that time will indicate the quorum requirements for future meetings.\n\nAdditionally\, there are no other pressing matters currently that require Executive Committee action prior to September. \nAs a reminder\, ECC does not have a regularly scheduled Executive Committee meeting during the month of August 2026. \nThank you for your continued service and commitment to the Eastern Carolina Council. \nWe look forward to meeting with you on September 10\, 2026. \nThank you\, \nDavid Rosado \nEastern Carolina Council \nInterim Executive Director \n
