Regional Opioid Project
The Eastern Carolin Council (ECC), its members from Carteret, Craven, Duplin, Greene, Jones, Lenoir, Onslow, Pamlico, and Wayne, in partnership with Recovery Alliance Initiative (RAI) and JG Research & Evaluation (JGRE), have assembled the needs assessment results from the Calculating an Adequate System Tool (CAST) assessment, a methodology that delivers county level data as to the needs of the substance-using population in each county.
Grounded in the ECC Needs & Gaps Assessment, this assessment provides a baseline of services, needs, and capacity across our nine-county region and helps guide funding, planning, and collaborative solutions. This information is intended to support your planning and highlight opportunities for collaboration as we collectively work to address gaps and strengthens systems of care.
