The ECC Administration Department is responsible for the overall day-to-day administration of Eastern Carolina Council. This includes overseeing various departments and programs; establishing and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal elected officials; managing ECC's economic development programs and services; marketing; and public relations.  David Rosado is the Interim Executive Director, Carol Bell Finance Director and Larry Faison Planning Director.

Economic Development Functions - ECC's economic development functions are housed within ECC's Administration Department. For more information on these services and opportunities, visit ECC Economic Development Planning.

Regional Meetings / Convenings - The department plans and coordinates regional meetings and convenings, including quarterly meetings of city-county managers and mayors and other special events.

Recruitment Facilitation - The Administration Department can facilitate the manager recruitment and interview process for governing boards, as well as other key recruitments. Recent work in this area includes the Town of Newport manager search, the Town of Dover Clerk search, and the Town of Newport Fire/EMS Chief search.
