Executive Committee Board Meeting CANCELED

Dear Executive Committee Members,

After discussion, the ECC President and the Officers have agreed that the scheduled Executive Committee meeting on July 9, 2026, will be canceled.

The business that would have been conducted at the July meeting can appropriately wait until the next scheduled Executive Committee meeting on September 10, 2026.

By that time, we anticipate having several important items ready for your review and consideration, including:

• Completion of the FY 2024–2025 audit and presentation by Thompson, Price, Scott, Adams and Co.,
• Digital Inclusion Plans Implementation Presentation,
• An audit services contract for review and approval to begin the next annual audit (FY 2025-2026); and
• A clearer understanding of ECC membership status, as membership dues received by that time will indicate the quorum requirements for future meetings.

Additionally, there are no other pressing matters currently that require Executive Committee action prior to September.

As a reminder, ECC does not have a regularly scheduled Executive Committee meeting during the month of August 2026.
