NC Regional Councils request your input—please complete survey by 12/23
In 2014 The NC Association of Regional Councils of Government developed the first NC Regional and Statewide Strategy for Comprehensive Community and Economic Development in cooperation with the federal Economic Development Administration. This effort entitled “NC Tomorrow – Building Communities for Tomorrow’s Jobs,” was based on four broad goals: 1) Build on each Region’s Competitive Advantages and Leverage the Marketplace; 2) Establish and Maintain a Robust Regional Infrastructure; 3) Create Revitalized, Healthy and Vibrant Communities; and 4) Develop Talented and Innovative People. The statewide plan was built on the foundation of 16 regional plans and created the opportunity to identify areas where regions can work collaboratively across boundaries when innovative opportunities present themselves. As a community and regional leader, we need your input for the 2016 Update to that document. We know your time is important and we value your participation. So, we have developed a survey that will only require a few minutes of your time.
