Options Counseling services are designed to support individuals in making important decisions about their long-term support services. Options Counselors provide one-on-one counseling and decision support about long-term supports and services to residents, their family members, caregivers and significant others. The Options Counselor helps individuals develop a plan that fits their specific needs and encourages the use of important community connections that are essential for a good quality of life.
This service is available at no charge to all older adult, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers regardless of age or income.
