We are extremely proud of Mr. Becton and his accomplishments.
He was one of the 10,500 participants that competed at the 2017 National Senior Games in Birmingham, Alabama.
He returned to Duplin with three titles: silver in the 1500 meter Race walk, fourth place ribbon in 10K Cycling, and a bronze medal in the 5K Cycling completion.
Talk about putting the “senior center theme in action” – “Age Out Loud”, and he has no plans to stop anytime in the future.
