ECC's REQUEST for INPUT on the
COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (CEDS)
The Eastern Carolina Council (ECC) is seeking your input through a brief 10-minute survey to help guide the annual update of our Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
As the designated Economic Development District (EDD) for the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) in our nine-county region, ECC is responsible for developing and maintaining a strategy-driven plan for regional economic growth known as the CEDS.
The current 2023-2027 CEDS was developed in 2022 and serves as a roadmap for promoting economic resilience and prosperity throughout Eastern Carolina. The 2023-2027 CEDS can be found on our website at the following link: 2023-2027 CEDS Report (PDF)
Each year, ECC conducts an annual update to the CEDS to ensure it reflects current economic conditions, challenges, and opportunities across the region.
