ECC is partnering with Attorney Trey Ferguson of Sumrell Sugg, P.A. to provide the required ethics training
for newly elected & re-elected local government officials.
The training will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026
at the O’Marks Building, 3rd Floor, 233 Middle Street, New Bern, NC 28560.
A light dinner (pizza) will be served.
NC General Statute 160A-87 allows qualified individuals to conduct the training.
Each jurisdiction that participates should pass a resolution to certify that they deem Sumrell Sugg, P.A to be qualified.
