Notice of Executive Committee Board Meeting

The Eastern Carolina Council has scheduled an Executive Committee Board Meeting for Thursday, July 22, 2021. This meeting will be held in the third-floor conference room of the O’Marks Building, located at 233 Middle Street, New Bern, NC 28560. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. (Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m.)
The purpose of the meeting is to (1) hold a closed session to: (a) consult with an attorney in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege; (b) hear or investigate a complaint, charge, or grievance by or against an individual public officer or employee; and (c) consider the qualifications, competence, performance, character, and fitness of an individual public officer or employee; and (2) take any action resulting from the closed session.
